by commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms listed below.
1. GENERAL TERMS
To submit a commission inquiry, please either:✦ purchase commission through my Ko-Fi page
✦ fill out my commission formPlease make sure your submitted information is clear, detailed and accompanied by suitable visual references.As the main subject of the commission, I will not do:✦ copyrighted characters (like Disney, Nintendo, movie characters etc.)
✦ celebrities and public figures
✦ goreI retain the right to reject a commission for any reason.All payment must be finalised before I start working on commission - I will start working on sketches after I have received full payment.
All payments are processed through Ko-Fi.Due to the digital nature of the product and the fact that each product is customized and made to order, refunds are not accepted after the sketch phase!
2. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
You will receive a sketch of the commission and have the opportunity to request any changes and edits.The sketch is the only scheduled update you will receive. I won't be sending any more updates until the commission is complete, but if you want to check in on the process feel free to contact me!After final version turn in you will be able to request minor edits (e.g. colour adjustments).Orders usually take approximately 1-2 months to complete (that fully depends on size of the order, complexity of the design and my current workload). If your commission has a specific deadline, please contact me prior to placing your order to discuss if it will be possible for me to schedule it accordingly. You can check my current workflow and status of your commission in public queue.Commissioned work is delivered through Google Drive.I often work on commissions on streams - if for whatever reason you would prefer me to NOT work on your commissions on my streams - please inform me about it when placing the order.
3. COPYRIGHT AND GENERAL USE
As the artist, I:✦ Retain all copyrights over the commissioned work✦ Have the right to reject/refund any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason✦ Have the right to cancel a commission and offer a refund if I am unable to complete the order✦ Can post the final version of artwork on my social media and use it in my portfolio✦ Will not further profit from commissioned workThe buyer is allowed to:✦ Use artwork for personal use✦ Use the artwork on social media, including Twitch, YouTube etc.✦ Print artwork for personal use✦ If you want to use artwork on your merchandise as a streamer contact me first!The buyer is NOT allowed to:✦ Reproduce or sell artwork as their own✦ Claim artwork as their own, make edits of it without contacting me priorAltering the artwork using AI software or submitting it as NFT is strictly prohibited. Such actions will immediately result in blacklisting !
